Using library server remotely and saving Playing Now
« on: July 31, 2009, 09:00:21 am »

Now that I have the ability to listen to my library server via the Internet and it's working (except for sync), I'm not sure how to do one thing. A new version of MC comes out and I install it. I connect to the library server and the playing now is the one from that computer at home. I select what I want to listen to at work and listen during the day. At the end of the day, there are still songs in Playing Now that I haven't listened to yet. I assumed I could just export the Playing Now as a playlist and did save it as an MPL file. Next startup of MC, I would just import that playlist and I'd be back running as before. Didn't work. When I tried to import the playlist, I got the message that 0 files were imported.

How am I supposed to save my previous Playing Now between library server listens?
