Is there a way to sync "from" the iPod's playlists to Media Center?

Meaning, when i create a playlist on my iPod I want to save it to Media Center somehow.

You can sync files back by right-clicking them in the iPod view and choosing 'Transfer to PC'.

There's no automatic mechanism to sync playlists back, although you can view them under 'iPod\Playlists\[Playlist Name]' in the tree.
