Theater View "Youtube" player -- PACKAGEINSTALLER.EXE question.

I just had a firewall alert come up while using the Tview Youtube feature asking for permission for "PACKAGEINSTALLER.EXE" to install something.  I denied it so I could verify whether or not this was a normal thing to see.

Oddly enough, after I denied it, I could still play some youtube videos, so I'm unclear what it was that needed to be installed.
