Party-Mode on Startup and sharing libraries

I'm wondering what y'all think about this.

Setting PC in Party Mode means it opens in Party Mode every time, which I like.

Now if I access the shared library with a 2nd PC while the first is open in Party Mode, I would like to have the 2nd PC get master access to the library, as it would see that the other is in Party/Read-Only mode.
