Converson problems
« on: September 07, 2009, 04:29:26 pm »

Hi, sorry if this is a Noob question, but I have been having trouble finding answers by just searching.  I have a song that is in 5.1 but split into three files. so its 01 Song C.flac, 01 Song FL FR.flac, and 01 Song SL SR.flac I first want to convert them all into a single file and then into stereo.  Does anyone know how to do this?  Thanks in advance, Jason

Sorry, but I don't know how you'd do this.  Some audio editors might allow it, but the one that comes with Media Center can't.

yes an audio editor or recording program could do that. dont know how happy they are about flac (mine isnt) but you could always first convert them with mc. you could try reaper, though it might be a bit heavy to install a whole studio. it has the same trail policy as mc. 30 days without any restrictions, and it seems it supports flac. http://www.reaper.fm
