Vertical Splitter bar doesn't work with large image in Action window

I just saw this bug:
The resizing of the vertical Splitter doesn't work when the image in the Action windows ist too large.
If I close the Image-Window the resizing works.

You're right.  The trick is that when the Action Window changes height, it does a program layout which cancels any splitter grabbing.

Hopefully we'll be able to fix it in a coming build.
