I can't start MJ 8 anymore.  It was fine yesterday.  Now a "fatal error" states:

What gives?  

PS: I can't reinstall Windows Media Player b/c I have XP, and it's built-in.  Besides, it's running perfectly (even though I could care less b/c I hate it with a passion.)
