after the songs are converted when it is supposed to be burning i get a message that says a unknown falire occured if i don't know how it is how am i sopposed to fix it please help?

From the error message it sounds like you are using version 7. Numerous burning improvements have been made in version 8 so I recommend downloading it.
If you prefer to stick with 7, check out the FAQ and "CD Burning Tips" under the Help menu on this page. The first thing to try is lowering the write speed (try 2X) and using "test mode" to test without ruining CD's.
If you still have problems, please post your system info to this thread (look on the MJ help menu for "System info...").
