hello everybody
some of my music has ID3 v2.4 tags.
how can i convert to ID3 v2.3 ?

Media Center supports reading and writing of ID3v2.3 and IDV2.4.  It does not provide direct conversion from one to the other.

You could Remove Tags, then Update Tags (from library) to write new ID3v2.3 tags.
