Help!  My friend needed to rebuild our computer and he reformatted the system disc.  We purchased the MJ 8 package in January, I think, and when I thought I brought up MJ 8 from my saved exe files.  It installed a trial version.  how do I get my licenced copy back.  I still have the registration e-mail from January but it says that expired two weeks after the purchase.  If you can help me recover my licensed version, please tell me how and where to save a backup so that this cannot happen again.  Again thank you very much.

I found it.  I called a friend and he stepped me through the process and I now have a licensed copy again except over the phone instructions I made mistakes and wound up downloading the license 4 times.  Will I still be able to re-install it at a later time.  I screw this computer up periodically and it has to be reformatted.  This happens three or four times a year.  Is there any way I can save my good copy to CD or to another disc and be able to restore MJ 8 whenever I screw up?  Thanks

You have 10 restores per year so you'll probably will have enough of them.

Shall you need to restore your license again you'll have to repeat the same procedure that you've done now, using the restore page. This is how it works.
