Sometimes im listening to a song and my friend next to me or someone on messenger ask me for it, but my library is mostly flac... what i have to do is convert it to mp3 to pass it, and i find very annoying to change the encoder from flac to mp3 and change the folder, so what about a "quick convert option" where i can set a profile of mp3 with some settings and destiny folder, to instead of so many steps, when a friend ask me a song i only have to right clic it and select quick convert / mp3 version.  Later when i want to rip a song from a cue or else i only right clic it and select quick convert / flac version.

I know maybe i dont explain well, but i think is a good idea, MC is the most powerfull media app i know but in my opinion needs some shortcuts to make our life easier

you can set up a "local" handheld named something like temp or your friends name..sync, finish, give friend
