Mc13 can not restore licence

Good day,

When trying to restore from internet i get the following:

 
Error

There is a problem, sorry.
We could not find that license.
 

however on the email received today it states that i have 8 restores left:

JRiver, Inc. Media Center 13: xxxx‑MDO25‑xxxxx‑STLY6‑xxxxx‑O0078, 8 restores left

I was able to lookup the same license and restore it successfully.

Ok, first of all - thank you very much.
How can I be sure that I dont forward my ports??? I dont use a router, can I nevertheless be sure to not send any ports?
