I'm curious if iPhone support is here now. I just checked out MediaMonkey and it seems while they use iTunes in the loop, you can initiate the sync/auto-sync from MediaMonkey.

Look at this thread. This application works with both MC and iTunes so you can sync your iPhone or iTouch.
