unlimted music won't load songs

 It won't load the songs off the albums, it will only import from my pc. I have done complete uninstalls and reloads a couple of times still no help. It just keeps saying loading songs

Can you give a step by step report of what you are doing?  Please start with the player version you have.

The one that comes from embarq. I sign in then last time i tried Zepplen-Mother Ship off of the more music menue. First on Zepplin then on the album no songs then I tried the search-Heaven Is The by Curtis Chapmen clicked on the album icon nothing no songs just says songs loading also flashes real quick 0 files.

The Embarq player is one of ours, but support should start with Embarq.  Did you try them?

If you can explain in detail what you're trying to do and exactly what is happening, I might be able to help.

Searching for Mothership in another player, I can find a Led Zeppelin album of that name.  It only shows tracks that are 30 second samples.  That means the full tracks are not available for streaming or download, but probably are for purchase.

The catalog changes from time to time.  The web page may not be up to date.
