What if I have three Squeezebox Touch unit in my house and want to use DLNA with them?

I'd like to control them like zones and push 24/96 FLAC material to them.

If I could use Rivermote, which allows me to control all my zones, this would excellent.

DLNA is a superset of UPnP.  In UPnP protocol, there are three components:

1.  A Device (a server)
2.  A Renderer (the client)
3.  A Control Point (something like a remote control)

Our UPnP Server is a "Device" (#1 above).

Normally you would initiate playback from the Renderer (Squeezebox in your case).  There is no way to initiate control from MC.

If you search, you might find a Control Point that would work.

Unless things hae changed recently Squeezebox doesn't use DLNA or UPnP.

You might try SqueezeServer.
It can be configured to see UPnP devices in the network so probably can make the SqueezeBoxes see the J River library.
Maybe the SqueezeServer interface can also be used to push the audio to a SB.
But I must admit, I’m not very familiar with the SB
