What I like about MJ
« on: July 03, 2002, 06:32:01 pm »

Just curious about what features people like best about MJ.  Here are mine...

1. Download Manager - Just signed up for emusic and have downloaded about 400 tracks in 2 days.  Importing/Moving the tracks required minimal clicks.

2. Handheld support - Just bought a Nex II with 192 MB CF.  Having the ability to downconvert my tracks on the fly to Nex rules.

3. Smartlists - The power of smartlists is absolutely amazing!

4. Media Server - Great to be able to listen to my music EVERYWHERE (except my car, I need to work on that ;)...

5. CDDB support/file management - I haven't had to type a single artist/album/track name in yet whether ripping from CD or downloading from emusic!

Thanks JRiver...

Hi Chris

yup, that's a good list.

Views Schemes are also very useful for organization

For entertainment value I'd add Slide Show plugin to the list (tucked away in a corner with LowerLeft mini me skin)

-the gain®eplay who left -unlike normalize-your songs with the original level

-The download manager.I use GetRight
But for music i right click and click 'save with download manager'
Like it I DO NOT GET some mp3 in 'my pictures' or 'exe' folder or over places, songs go allways on drive D

-The get infos and get sleeve[when working,i know]

-Slide show. But as an internal pluging. To be on the weeb is fun only in the begining

-The track info templates

-The artist info

- THE SOUND OF MJ.With FeeAmp the best sound of ALL players

I put as the most important to me:

Sound and gain®eplay

Only this 2 things would make me buy the program
