library server viewing dvd backups on laptops.. path wrong?

when connecting to library server on my htpc remote\netbook, and using zone 1 to play back my files every file plays back flawlessly. but when ever i chose any of my dvd files with extension ending in .ifo.. none of them playback and says the path is wrong?? how i fix this? i need to be able to view dvd's on my laptop as well.
