Media Center 14 does not show all artworks

I have the artworks for my 700+ CD's in iTunes.  However when I installed Media Center 14 a lot of the artworks do not show up.  And more strangely, even if the down load the artwork from internet or cut and paste, the artwork will show as thumbnail momentarily and then disappear.  It almost like that the artwork can not stick.

Is this a bug in Media Center 14 and why is it showing some artworks and not the others?
