On my wife's PCs, MC14 can't download any podcasts at all. Her podcasts get the list of episodes available with no problem, and you can play it from the list. However, trying to download shows a progress bar that jumps right up to 100%, but then shows RETRY(1) as the status. Looking at download details shows failed.

I tried updating her from version 14.0.96 to .121, with no change. I also tried turning off Windows firewall, also with no change. MC 14.0.61 on my PC, behind the same hardware firewall, has no problem downloading podcasts. (Some of her podcasts are the same as mine, so it's not a feed issue.) I tried creating a new podcast she'd never subscribed to, and the same thing happened.

She's running Windows 7, I'm running Vista, in case that's relevant.

Any ideas?

I ran into this once and it turned out to be a bug in my router. Try powering off/on your router. If that does not work, try a hard reset (push reset button on router when powered on). If that does not work, check the router website to see if any updates are available.
