Replay Gain & CD burning
« on: July 02, 2002, 05:21:04 pm »

I am just learning using the replay gain features of both MJ and MP3Gain. If I burn a CD after using either of the two programs for replay gain, is the corresponding WAV and CDA file also replay gained??? Or do I need to continue to use my current WAV editing program??

Listening to: 'Jackie Blue' from 'It'll Shine When It Shines' by 'Ozark Mountain Daredevils' on Media Jukebox

No, but under playback options in MJ, you can choose to "play" to "diskwriter".  That will save to a  wav file, which can be burned to a CD.  You'll need to experiment a little on a small file first.
