Coverart Location (Video) - How to check where it is?

I've got my Video Coverart being saved into the Folder as "Video - Movie Name.JPG" but is there a way to either "see" or "search" for coverart that my be stored in another location (so I can move it using "Save Coverart to External Location Specified in Options)?
