Duplicate Imgages in Library
« on: March 02, 2010, 12:07:25 am »

Somehow, over time, I have accidentally imported images twice into my library.

Does anyone have a smartlist or way to find these duplicates and delete one copy from the library?

For each case, I only have one file on my hard drive for each pair of image entries in my library.

Thanks! :)

Are both instances of each duplicated file actually available or is one of the instances linked through a broken path?

You can set an image view to show the images in a list and add the "Filename", "Filename (path)" and "Filename (name)" columns to the view. By clicking the column headers you can change the sorting. Do these fields show differences between the two instances of each duplicated image file?
