When doing a fresh install of the latest version of MC14 I got following error:

The following module has failed to load
F:\Media Center 14\Plugins\Server_upnp.dll

It has reported the following error:

Failed to load JRTools.dll

Please reinstall the latest version of the program.
//

Later MC14 started up and successfully loaded existing library.
Played music and video.
There is no "Server_upnp.dll" in the \Plugins folder.

Is this a critical file one way or the other ?
