Possible too add search to every subtype view in theaterview?

ive been trying to add a library item search to my subtypes in theater view.. is this possible?

i'd like to be able to choose say subtype, movies, music videos, home videos, and when in there click on a search to be able to search all files with in that subtype. making it alot faster to find certain filesbasically be able to copy the search thats on main screen and be able to put that copy of search into all subtypes. making searches smaller and quicker.

 is this possible? thank you!

as far as i know that is not possible. search in theaterview is like the weather. it can be set in the root or as a category, but not further down the line.

Whats your opinion? i mean if your in music videos lets say and ya wanna find something fast there should be a search? correct?

another reason.. if in theaterview.  music videos and ya use your keyboard to go to a artist. it will do that. but what if you dont know the artist but know the name of the song. hence why i started this post. the other day we were in music videos. A friend wanted to hear a song named tik tok.. well i and everyone else here did not know the artist so we couldnt find it. so we had to literally scroll through 3700 names to find the song. took forever!

i actually agree. i think search in thv is much better than it was, but in the end it is not something that is used in this household. it would be much nicer if it would be somewhere there in the roller, and when you are in, lets say images>2008, you can go to search and search that part. now just scrolling through it is less work then going out and back to the root and try to find a search that will get the same from all your files... actually think its a great idea.
