MJ8 Install problem with Win 2K

When I intstall MJ8 in Win2K, it installs for the user currently logged in.  When I change user, MJ8 does not work.  

How do I install MJ8 so that all users can login?

How does MC handle it? Do still need to install for each user? Do they share library or something? I wish a litlle morte information about it.

I think you each can have your own list. i never had it set but for one user but i heard someone talking about it.
