CD record error

there i was recording a cd music when:

A device error occurred. Error number is 1048
Error data is: KEY: 3 ASC: 73 ASCQ: 3

i reset my pc and it's fine now but what was that all about?

Try dropping your writing speed a notch and/or uncheck "decode mp3 files directly".

I have downloaded the last release and the problem is solved and with the same configuration that i have used in the last 2 atempts
