usbuirt (FAILLED TO START) nofication

I am often experiencing that my usbuirt gives a fail to start message in the remote control options devices area.

Is anyone else experiencing this and what's the solve.  I have to shut down everything, unplug my usbuirt, reboot, plug in usbuirt, then restart MC = annoying.

Help....?

It is not the usbuirt sold here - I had purchased one before they sold them here.

Hi ,i have one too probably the same a little usb key white.I don't use it but i can't test it if you want.
