I've ripped Concert for George and it shows up in my "data" file, but I can't get it to relocate in my "movie" slot. Also it's not importing set list, cover art, date, etc.

What type of file have you ripped it as? Some file types is treated as data, not video.
You can add a Rule under the Video view, to add the file type you're ripping to.

File type is ifo. The movie appears in all video "subtitles" except for "Movies". I can actually click on concert in "files" and watch it from there. But my intent is to export my audio and video to a Cowon s9.
