Adding SAMPLE RATE info to TAG??

How do I add the SAMPLE RATE to music that doesn't show a sample rate??  Such as 441000 or 96000, depending on what it really is??  Some of the music I imported does not show a sample rate and I need that to drive the ASIO driver to ma DAC.  Thanks for your help, Radioart
