Problem loading the default (or ANY) encoder

When I launch MC13(.0.172 on W7-32) I get an error message that says: "There was a problem loading the selected encoder. The default encoder has been automatically selected."

After I click "OK", it brings up the Encoder Options dialog. "Encoder" is unchecked. If I try to check it, the "problem loading the selected encoder" error pops up again. Clicking on "Encoder settings" does nothing at all.

MC13 may have problems with Win7.  You could try MC15, from our download page.
