MC14 synchronizes eerytime all music files to USB Stick

Hi
I'm using MC14 and a portable installation on a 32 GB USB stick. That works fine.
Now when I synchronize the stick with my library, it snychronizes always all the files, not only the changed ones.
I synchronize "All Music" and my playlists.
With a external media player the same thing works just fine - only the changed items are synchronized.
Any ideas?
