When I couldn't find the "Display Control Bar" as shown here:
http://wiki.jrmediacenter.com/index.php/Screen_PartsI tried following the instructions lower on the same page, i.e. . If you want it to display permanently, go to Tools > Playback > Display Settings. But, 'Playback' doesn't appear under 'Tools'.
