> If i have a TV card ,can i see 'over the air' chanels from France?
Yes, but you will need a VERY LARGE antenna. Probably about 500 meters in height.
> what do you mean by 'TV feed'?
Anything that provides a TV signal. A pair of "rabbit ears" (small antenna on top of your TV), an antenna mounted on your building, a connection to cable or to satellite. You "feed" whatever you have to the TV card input.
> I have ADSL internet and satellite TV
You unplug the satellite-to-tv cable from the TV and you plug it into the TV card input. Then MJ sees the TV signal and you can connect your TV card back to your TV.
> If i can see France 3,i will go for a ATI card.It is not an expensive hardware
I wish this were a fairy tale and I could say "your wish is granted". Mais, je suis desolais, qu'est-ce que reviens doit aller encore. (Garbage in, garbage out). The TV card takes what you have and runs it through your PC and back to the TV. The reason this is good is that you can surf in one window and watch "Simpsons" in the other.
