Hi and thanks for another great version!

However, I can't get DTS/AC3 pass-trough working. WMP plays everything fine, and so does MC14.. I've tried every option, but it feels more and more like it's broken.. I use the option S/PDIF Pass-trough, points it to the correct device, and choose the digital connection to ac3-compatible reciever. All i get is silence...

If i switch to an analogue device, it works (in stereo).. Anyone got any ideas?

I've been messing with this for a while also and finally got my setup to work!  All I did was download the free version of media jukebox from the website.  Install it and don't change any settings at all.  If you already have it installed then change the playback settings back to "direct sound" and use the "primary sound driver".  That way nothing gets decoded and the compressed dts file gets sent to your receiver through spdif unaltered which is what you want.  Change your dts encoded file to .wav extension and it works!  This was the trickiest part actually since in explorer when you rename to .wav you sometimes still have the original extension remaining (ie you end up with a file that looks like Hotel California.wav.dtswav)   So, then I used a cmd prompt and did the old dos command of "rename *.dtswav *.wav"  Luckily I'm old enough to remember some of the old dos stuff--ha ha.  Anyway, everything works great and I now have true DTS sound with 5.1 quality.  I haven't tried any AC3 files yet because I'm convinced DTS sounds better.  Should work the same way though as long as your receiver has some sort of "auto select" input function.  Good Luck!

Sounds to me like a problem with the audio decoder. Under File types in options try selecting JRiver Engine using Directsound and use AC3Filter or FFDshow Audio Decoder. If you don't have them installed you'll easily find them using Altavista or Google. Configure them right and I'll bet you'll get it working
