Sorry gray, but Media Jukebox doesn't currently support CUE sheets.  We are however looking into it for the next version.

Can compress the CD with APE and make APL sheets from the cue sheets though... Being lossless APE is as good as the CD and can be reconstructed and this way no problems with gapless playback...

This is how I am archiving...
