auto-import not removing missing files

I just got a new machine and restored my library to it.  Everything is great but I seem to ahve missed a setting that tells the library to clean up missing files.  For instance I no longer have an s:\ drive with music on it, yet my library still thibnks there are files on it.  I ran auto-import about 10 times now and they are still showing up.  Any thoughts?

At the bottom of the auto-import settings window there is a section titled "TASKS".
Inside there is an option titled "FIX BROKEN LINKS".  Change it so it says simply "YES".
