At playback of mp3 has or of video at the beginning the sound is several times repeated and than reading continues without problem, what is wrong?

You will hear looping (depending on your hardware) when the system can not provide new data fast enough to the sound card.

Are you playing from a slow network, or could a hard drive be spinning up?  Also check to make sure an over-ambitious virus checker isn't interfering.

Thanks.

This problem (hear looping) is only made with Media Center. All others players is works very well. And this just at the beginning of reading after about five seconds and after uninterrupted reading normally

On Windows 7 64 bit.

Try switching output methods or increasing buffering in Options > Audio.  WASAPI would be a good choice, for example.
