When I make changes to an MP3 file with media editor, and the I save it, the editor hangs
when it is encoding. I have to go into task manager and kill media editor. The odd thing is
that after this the file was correctly changed and encoded ! I also noticed this happening
in MC14

This will be fixed in build 97 or later:
Fixed: Media Editor could hang when saving a file.
