Tagging ratings in Theater View...
« on: October 26, 2010, 06:27:57 am »

I usually tag video rating after I've watched a video.

Currently, this is a quite complex operation
o Select video
o move to "tag" on lower roller, select
o arrow down to Rating
o delete "? Stars" (7 button presses)
o select "123"
o move to rating number.

Alternatively, one can use the playing now view. But that, of course, requires that a video/song was the last item to be played.

I'd like to see a more direct way to tag ratings in the video info panel. Preferably using the same input method as in playing now.

For what it's worth, you can tag the playing file with a simple left / right in Playing Now by using the stars at the bottom of the display.

True, and that particular control would be very nice to see in the info panel!
