bug report: Playing certain .mp4 video files in 15.0.95 has a "echo" in audio

Some of the MP4 video files I play have a very strong echo in the sound track. Other files in different format, and sometimes files in mp4 format, do not have that echo. When I play the same file in VLC there is no echo. I have not heard any echos when listening to audio only files.
