Theater view playing now slideshow images

Image scale seems to be off. For example, if it's showing an artist portrait everything above the mouth is cut off. This seems obviously wrong and other images seem to be cropped as well. Then there are others that appear to be ok. Are there any settings I can change? Or are the images designed to fit a square screen?

Windows 7, 15.095, 1920*1080, ATI Radeon 4300
