"File is corrupt"

 :(  Hello:

Today I upgraded my puter to Windows 7.  When I went to run MC14 it said "This program was installed in a previous operating system" or something like that, and asked me to reinstall.  Fine.  So, I went to the wiki page and downloaded MC14.0.165.  When I tried to install it, it would unpack only so far, and then say "The file is corrupt".  I am thus unable to restore MC14 on my computer.  Could someone explain what, if anything, I am doing wrong?
