How to store thumbnail or image into a videoclipfile? Is there a plug-in?

When MC build up clip thumbnail it take a huge time, why can't we store a thumbnail or image into the clip file for a quick responce uf building-up? obviously it will work , I think, only with taggable file like *.wmv but it's good enought!
