I just created a new view, set up as categories, using a "search list" category type to include only albums with a certain keyword in the notes section, and then organised via album. When I click on an album, the file details appear in the main window, but the album cover does not appear! The "image(large thumbnail)" option is selected, and there is a space where the cover should be, but it's not there. The cover does now in the display window, and it shows in every other view.

Any ideas? Thanks

A Categories view is a split view, with the categories in the top pane and the file details in the bottom. The categories pane may have a List Style of "Thumbnails" or "Details." This is set in the tab header context menu. The Details style is meant to be meant to be a one-line summary (i.e., it will show averages or totals for the selected fields), and therefore will not display thumbnails. Thumbnails do display in the details pane, if it is open. Note that the details pane also has it's own List Styles.
