Comcastards (HDTV antennas?)
« on: September 30, 2010, 08:34:24 pm »

I just want them dead.  Looking forward to Hulu Plus on my Roku.

Any HDTV antenna recommendations?

My theory is that JohnT is the guy that did this experiment:

My secret is out  8)
Seriously the combination of a Channelmaster 4228 antenna and a 7777 amplifier works great out in the sticks of Afton.  In town the amplifier would be overkill.

Putting an amplifier on my 4228 didn't help in town.

Putting the antenna up another six feet did help, as I'm down in the river valley.

A good tuner helps too.  I like the Hauppauge dual tuner since you only need one computer slot and one antenna cable.

4228 you say?  I'll give it a look.

Thanks!
