I would love to use the Tiles list style, but it has a few drawbacks: the thumbnail image cannot be resized, the fields displayed cannot be changed to my taste. I also love the Album thumbnail list style, but it has the drawback that we cannot display wordy information unless the thumbnails are very big.

I think a good way to make everything more flexible would be an option to display the freely customizable thumbnail text on the left and especially on the right side of the thumbnail image. Now, as you know, its place is below the thumbnail image.

Being placed on the right side it would look like the tiles list style, but the thumbnail would be scalable and I could define myself the fields I would like to display.

As a final goodie I would be able to create and save my own preferred list styles, e.g. one specific list style for images, one for music, one for video
