DVD aspect ratio sometimes wrong

Some of my DVDs are streamed with a wrong aspect ratio ... at a first glance it looks like that all are streamed with the same aspect ratio where in fact they are different. I've compared this with PS3 Media Server where it seems correct.
I'am I doing something wrong? Setup?
