How does one Customize the View for Theater View?

How does one Customize the View for Theater View - Video?
It is clearly not Media Network - Options - Library Server - Web Remote (or Web Play) - Customize Views.

When navigating to Videos in Theater View I want Genre/Artist/Episode/Dimensions.
Mine starts at "All Files (by Date Imported)", which makes no sense to me (even for a default). 
I am clearly missing something or this setting is far too buried in the GUI.
