I am using a JRiver Media Center Remote to control my HTPC.

I now want to use the included IR emitter to also control my television.  Media Center appears to provide a way to program the buttons on the MC Remote by learning from an existing remote.

However,  I want to associate the TV's discrete 'ON' command with one of the buttons on the remote.  This cannot be learned from the existing remote - I need to be able to provide the hex command sequence to MC 15, and have it send that hex sequence when I press the button.

Is it possible to enter that string in somewhere?  If not from within MC 15, can it be done with another piece of software?
