PDA Plugin???

I keep getting an error stating that the hh_pda.dll file is in use when I attempt to install the PDA Plugin for ver 8.0, I've tried deleting the file and folder it is in but no go.....any help would be appreciated.
I'm running Windows 2000 sp2

Try close down Media Jukebox before installing the plugin. Also make sure there are no other Media Jukebox instances running under Windows Task Manager.

Ugh!  No go, I've checked for multiple instances of Media Jukebox and there weren't any...so I went back and deleted all the files/folders again.....searched the Registry for entries and deleted those....rebooted.  Tried the install without MJ open and it still fails.

Again I'm using Windows 2000 sp2....and my PDA is an iPAQ h3135 connected via USB.  It's working fine with the computer it's just this plugin that is giving me grief....any help or thoughts much appreicated.
